I have had some problems recently with my cigar kit bushings. I had noticed some fit problems and found that my bushings were a little looser on the mandrel than I thought was acceptable. I replaced the mandrel and tried another brand. No change. I bought new bushings, same problem. Today I was at HF and bought some fittings for my air compressor and picked up some Teflon tape. Tonight I was doing some cigar pens and decided to put a layer of the tape around the mandrel. The fit is now very snug and works great.
