I placed my first order with Signature pen supply for two bundle deals.
one bundle of the jr aaron and one bundle of the jr george.
Delivery was prompt. I checked out the kits and one of the georges was missing the fountain pen nib.
I emailed the company and had a nice reply from Jon apologising for the mistake.
A couple of days later the replacement nib arrived with another complete kit together with a handwritten note.
Being a sales manager I know that mistakes happen at the factory and parts get left out of shipments. This is a fine example of how to deal with it unlike the treatment I have had from another large supplier.
Oh and I made the first of the kits up in my free M3 black and white blank and it sold to the first person who saw it. (which was annoying as I had planned to keep it for my self)
I will definitely be buying from Jon again.
