Shimmering Sky Pen Blank

I just received an order from Wood Pen Pro, and it included a blank I ordered called---"shimmering sky".

It looks real promising to me---but, just wondered if anyone has done any pens with this---and if there is a photo here of one?? Didn't find any on my search here. Just would like to see one done---before I decide what kind of pen I want to make it into.---Also, anyone have evaluations on turning this material??---Ease of turning, drilling, etc.

Probably a good idea John--will try to do that tomorrow---looks like it'll make a nice pen.

Here ya go. This stuff turns like a dream and best of all the tubes dont show through!!!!!! Please excuse the sawdust on the blank. <u> All the new acrylics are on my website under the pen blanks section.</u>
