This was about 2 months coming but it works.
Used a really hard wood--- I had Persimmion
Dremel tool to cut out ---1/2 drum sander to smooth it out
I mount the jig in a vise
Hold the Pheasent in place with a punch
Add one C-clamp and in seconds it's formed to the punch which is the same size as the tube.
Using the wood keeps the fase of the crest from getting smashed.
I did clean the back of the crest up with the sander---makes it bend better.
Hope that makes sense.
