Sentimental stoppers

Some basic bottle stoppers made from wood sentimental to the customer. The walnut came from his childhood home, and the cherry from his wife's.

The walnut board I started with was only one inch thick, so the stoppers are actually made from two pieces. I had fun hiding the glue line.

I like the shape as well. The wider top really shows off the wood grain. Excellent!!!
