Red celluloid on black TI euro. Terribly under turned the center band. May fix it later, may just carry for a while and leave. Turned mostly for the practice on closed ends. Just learning shapes and stuff. Never have liked the euro CB. May switch to the Olympia. Hear good things about it.
Anyway, here it is,

Steve, I think you will like the Olympia pen, it's a lot lighter than the Euro as well due to the 8mm cap tube. Plus, with the clip design, it can not spin and damage the finish.

kinda defeats the purpose of the whole closed end thing though.. [:D]

That is very cool!

Is there a post or article on closed end turning? What is this mandrel you speak of? I think I want to try this one out, I'm not a huge fan of clips, hardly ever use them personally.

Theres the place I got mine. Check Ed Davidson's tutorials in the library for an article on closed end turning.
It's on this page about a quarter of the way down.
