Searching for Artisan Cigar Holder with Cutter/Punch Tip Kits.

I'm looking for the Artisan Cigar Holder with Cutter/Punch Tip Kits, CRAFT SUPPLIES USA SKU #1057100001. I've ordered these in the past from The Woodturners Catalog. I've been trying to reorder these for the past 3 to 4 months but they keep tell me that they'll receive some the next month. Does anyone know of another supplier that might have these is stock? Please see attached photos. Thanks.

Sorry, no help from me. I've been watching for that to get back in stock too.

Not sure if it helps but Exotic Blanks stocks the Rogue Cigar Holder and Rockler stocks a cigar holder too.
