It is the PSI kit, finished with pens plus, no feedback other than initial positive reaction.

Nice work, Cody. The only problem I ran into with the earlier versions of the PSI kits was the friction gripping mechanism pulling out of the handle. Later versions seem to have improved this gripper assembly. I ended up buying some of the later gripper assemblies from PSI to replace any of the older ones that came out.
