Sea Urchin Ornament

Well, here is my first attempt at a sea urchin ornament. I am mostly please with the outcome. the photos don't really show the lavender tint in the urchin shell very well. I chose purple heart and they go well together. Thanks for looking. I'm always open to feedback.

That came out real well and yes the pink does show on my monitor. I have these and I need to make some more of them. They actually are good sellers. Thanks for showing.

Thanks everyone! I did get this from CSUSA last year and it has sat in a box. I did find it necessary to take a sanding disc to the top and bottom to sand flush some of the knobs. They actually look nice sanded flush. I would like to experiment with sanding all of them flush on another one and perhaps gluing colored beads or sequins on those spots. Might be an interesting project with the kids. Hoping others will post photos of their urchin ornaments for inspiration. Thanks again.
