safty razor

i'm looking for a safty razor kit,the kind that twist to open and close. If anyone knows where these kits are sold please contact me. If i'm posting in the wrong place please forgive me and redirect me. Any help will be greatly appreciated. i've posted the picture so all that read this will know what type of razor i'm looking for. I was thinking someone here was selling these at one time.
