Rollerball refills

So, I usually have customers that want their ballpoint to write like a rollerball. This time around, I have someone who wants their rollerball to write like a ballpoint. Does anyone know if they make rollerball refills like that?

Take a golf tee and make a spacer filling the "extra" space.

Never tried them but here are some which appear to be ballpoint refill for rollerball pens:

I use Sierra button click and Lowe's nylon spacers to allow using Parker refills in rollerball pens -- lots of parts to keep track of but seems to work fine:
