Rockler Pen Kits Sale

I greatly prefer to buy kits from IAP vendors, but can't pass up a good deal when I see it.

I'm not sure how long but, Rockler has several pen kits for half of their regular prices. I picked up a few of the platinum cigar for $6.99. I have made a couple of these and am happy with the quality.

Also the Newport is $9.99. Their version of the Jr. gent 2. Available in black ti. Can't comment on the quality but for the sale price I'll take a chance.

There are some others as well.

Hey Dan I took a look at the Newport, they look pretty good but they do take a different sized drill bits and will probably take different bushing. I would hate to see you get them and then Have to wait another week to turn them.

From my interpretation of the various instructions, it sounds like the Newport is the same size as the Jr Gent 1 / Baron / Sedonia.

Thanks guys. I have all the bits and all the bushings so no worries.

I'll try to offer some comments on the kit compared to all of the above styles as I have all three.
