Rifle cartridge pens?

I see some rifle cartridge pens here. I kinda like em. How could I find out how to make them? Thanks from a novice.

There are several threads in the forums. Search for bullet pens, or casing pens, or perhaps shell pens. I think there is enough info to get started. Wishing you the best with your endeavors.
