Reserve your hotel room now!! We have 30 rooms reserved for the MPG. They are out of King rooms. There is another event occurring that weekend and rooms are going fast. If we run out of rooms at the Comfort Inn we will over flow to the Holiday Inn which is on the same property and is owned by the same people. Be on the safe side and reserve your room ASAP!

It appears that they are out of MPG rooms. Can we get a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn?

There seems to be some confusion about that. Long story short, Magicbob spoke with them today and I spoke with them tonight. They do have rooms at the $99 rate blocked for us.

I reserved a room a couple of weeks ago, they said it was the last one available.

Just registered for MPG and made reservations at the Comfort Inn.:biggrin:
OH happy day only 673.6 miles to drive.

OK so here is what I found out.
We have 21 rooms left in our block.
If when someone calls and the desk is busy the phone rolls over to corporate, this is where the problem was. Corp saw that rooms were reserved, they did not know they where only blocked for us and available to us.
The local has now got everyone at corporate lined up. They may still try to upsell, but they now know we have rooms on hold at $99
