I have been buying a lot of Tru-stone lately. Richard at R and B Crafts has been great. He always responds to e-mail communication, and not just with quick answers. Communication is definitely top-notch. For example:
Tonight I just realized I needed some other tru-stone blanks, but I had placed an order yesterday. The order was packed up and ready to ship tomorrow, but Richard added the extra blanks I asked for and invoiced me. Most other companies wouldn't have even seen the e-mail, let alone add items to the package. I appreciate it because it saves me shipping costs.
In addition, he has good prices and ships quickly. And don't forget the great selection of tru-stone and other things he has. I'm very happy I found him through the IAP. It's a great resource and community.
