I'm having problems getting the right tenon diameter for threading with a 12 X 1.5 die. I'm working with ebonite, if that matters. I'm putting a little chamfer (1/16) on the end. I have to go do some stuff and will get back to the shop by about 3:30. Thanks to anyone who has a suggestion.
