Its been a long time since I've ordered anything from psi. My past experiences had much to do about it. However, I needed to order a small acrylic stand for a customer so off to their website I went.
Got a few extras to justify the shipping and made my purchase. Chose priority shipping and I received my order a few days later. Opened the package and everything was well packed, but sadly the acrylic stand was snapped in half. I called customer service and spoke with a nice lady. She told me she'd send out another to replace it. After the call ended I got concerned that they'd ship it a slow as possible, but to my shock it was here two days later via UPS. They really stepped up and took care of the situation so they are getting a cheer from me.
