PSI Lathe Duplicator

I have a PSI Duplicator that I bought about 5 years ago and never even opened it. It's the one for the Jet/Delta mini lathes. The site list some other brands it will fit. Being sold with it is about $150.00 in templates, again never used. The template sets are;
