Pressure/Vacuum Pot

:coffee:I just built the PV pot that Stevers posted plans for sometime ago. The vacuum pump/venturi he suggested useing is no longer available at H/F. Does anybody have any alternate ideas. Would it be better to purchase a true vacuum pump or stick with the venturi idea per plan. I really like the original plan that he posted.

The plan says to order HF92475 and when I look on there site or call customer service they say it is discontinued.

Probably an old number - you can use the one that Bob linked. It is the same thing. Just remove the plastic housing if you want but you don't have to.
