So, if I'm doing a casting and combining two or more colors, I like to wait till they're going off before I combine and then swirl with a toothpick. But if they're already thickening, will pressure still help de-bubble the casting?
Short answer is, Can't Hurt, I guess....

You need to get Mesquiteman (Curtis) to discuss this with you. He is open for telephone calls if you e-mail him for his number. He is very helpful with this type question. Also, YoYo-Spin would be another with many hours of casting experience.

Short answer is yes pressure will crush bubbles down IF your resin is still just kicking off, if it has gelled, then all bets are off. Which PR are you using? Silmar 40, 41 or onyx resin or one of the Reichold Polylite resins? Castn'craft from ETI?

Terry TD knows a quite abit about the Reichold products you could drop her a line. Silmar 41 has a great following here-abouts and if you ran a search you would find many messages on howto with it.
