Sears has a tool that does powder coating. I have no experience with it, but it is an option. You need an understanding spouse because you have to bake it on at 400 degrees. I think the tool is around $200.

How many shell casings are you needing done? IF it is not a huge production run, I can likely squeeze them in for you. What I request is that you send me the casings, cut drilled and polished to your likeing as that is really the time consuming part for me. My rack can do 5 at a time right now. I am assuming you want clear. I am swamped with Christmas projects and orders, but have some other powdercoating to get done too. How fast do you need them?
