I keep a couple medicine cups handy when I'm pouring my pen blanks, any excess goes in the cup and becomes a bottle stopper top...same treatment as pen blanks.

Not hard at all, if you want to go the really simple route, some folks use small Dixie Cups as molds as they are about the same size as a bottle stopper blank. If you want to be a bit more economical on resin, you can buy or make a mold out of silicone. Gadget sells excellent molds.

The hard part is the initial set up. After you get what you need, (molds, pr, pressure pot) the rest just being creative (the fun part).

As said, not hard at all. This was left overs from some pen blanks I was making. Just left the excess in my mixing cup.
