This is a CSUSA Artisan Panache Rollerball Pen in 10K Gold. The blanks were made using a combination of Venesian Millefiori art and the Japanese art of folding clay together to make designs. The base color is lime green with the flowers added in white, green, and black clays. The end caps are changed from end to end in order to make the pen more pleasing in looks and feel. This also makes the base work as a stand alone pen holder. Once the design is formed with the clays over the brass tubes and fired in the toaster oven, it can be turned on the lathe the same as any other blank. The finish is 8 coats of thick CA, sanded, and polished. Jim S

Wow, that's an impressive looking pen! It's even more impressive when you realize the blank was made by hand!

No longer confused....
it looks bunched up on the nib end of the lower blank. Also the cap looks like there is some massive problems going on there (chip, out of round and dimensions) but really cant see the cap that well in the photo's, have any others you can show?
