Well now that my pith partner (louisbry) has his pen I can now show it. The first pen is a Jr Gent which I thought was a little boring so I made the 360 on a Le Roi and also a 1st for me. I ended up sending them both to him anyway. This pine is the beetle kill pine that has infected most of our province. It is called dennem wood or blue wood. Both have 10 coats of thin CA and MM to 12000.
Thanks for looking.

Lin.

If you look at the second Pen you will see that the Blank is made up from a bunch of small pieces of wood that have been glued together forming a Haring bone pattern and that pattern goes around the pen a full 360 degrees. = HB360

Lin, Great job on both but I love the 360. It's amazing to me how you do that! Thanks for showing. Doc

I am the lucky one. I can tell you that they look even better in person. Either pen would have been great, but the HB 360 is clearly over the top. Thanks again Lin!
