White Alumilite dye is not going to work well with stabilizing. Their white dye is not the same chemistry as the other colors. As a result, the particle size of the pigment tends to get filtered out of the resin by the wood. Would suggest looking for a powdered water soluble aniline dye. It is most likely not going to dissolve completely in the resin so mix it well, let it sit overnight, then mix again the next day. Then strain it through a coffee strainer before use.

I doubt it will dissolve, Steve. It works in the acrylic because it is suspended just like mica powders. I would guess it will not even mix into the Cactus Juice and even if it does, my guess is the particle size will be too big to get into the wood properly. This is just an educated guess, though, since I don't know of anyone trying it.
