Was driving through the Albertas prairies and came across this photo opp.
2 weeks later I drove by and saw the influence the local high school had.

These grain bins have certainly gone through a tranformation.

See there? There are still great kids out there if we will just give them a chance. We have had bunches of kids here helping with flood relief. Once that was out of the way, many went over to Joplin to offer what they could do. We tend to see the worst way too often, myself included.

I have to say to the Chestermere High School Art Department.

AWESOME JOB.

You guys did a great job.

For those of you that don't know, this can be seen on the Trans Canada Highway heading to Calgary from Strathmore.

Just waiting for you guys to do some SAFE work on the train bridge!!! west of Strathmore. Perhaps Strathmore High might want to take this on!!!

Regardless, have a great summer all.
