pens for my manager and one for myself

my first pen and pencil set I gave to my boss, it's purple heart with satin hardware, the statesman is my first, I use it at work as a desk pen. It is made of cocobolo, both pens have shellawax friction polish.
I am also learing to resize photos, is the photo too cluttered?
