Pendants, our first display for an Instant Gallery

Lauren and I had a great time at the Totally Turning symposium in Saratoga Springs NY this past weekend.

We met some lovely people, had fine dinners with good company, attended well done presentations, and picked up some new toys/tools from the vendors.

This was also the first time we placed items in an instant gallery exhibition. People seemed to enjoy these four recent pieces, submitted for display.

From left to right:
Pendant - padauk with red/blue jasper
Pendant - ebony with steel gears in acrylic and black glass beads
Brooch - ebony with brass gears in acrylic
Pendant - buckeye burl with amethyst and sliver

Alan - congrats, the display looks great. I just picked up some turning tape and a jacobs chuck. As soon as I finish my current project of 2 oak and 2 Japanese maple bowls, I'm gonna try some pendants.
