Pen Mechanism Separated From Tip Assy -Mesa Pen

On a Mesa/Sierra Style pen, the pen mechanism separated/unscrewed from the tip assembly and is now stock inside the tube/cap. How to I remove it?

Just to follow up on this:

I found an extra nib piece from a Sierra style pen, ground off all but the upper threaded section, threaded a spare twist mechanism to that small piece and reached inside the tube and twisted it on the twist mechanism that was stuck inside the tube. I then pulled it right and now am back in business:bananen_smilies047::bananen_smilies047:
