polymerclay inlay

thanks Plantman, OZturner, This was my first post so I was not sure if the picture would even work. Next time I will give more of a description and write more about the pen.The colors Red, White, and Blue are the colors for the American flag, that's all. The inlays are made of polymer clay, I have been playing with clay for about 5 years and turning pens for about 2 years(still have a lot to learn). I keep trying new ways to Inlay the clay into the wood and have more blanks in the oops box then I have pens:biggrin:. You can follow my twitter page if you want and shows some of my current experiments(mistakes) @AFWoodart, or check out my webpage to see some other stuff I make, www.afwoodart.com . Thanks

A very nice gesture. I like the inlays. Have you tried colored sand/glitter/other inlay materials? I've very little experience with inlays, just starting myself. But Polymer clay was not what I was expecting.

But, clay would give you a wider variety of colors... Hmnnnnnnn..

Nice post!
