I made this pen with a split lentil blank a friend sent me. I applied a CA finish because of the lentils in cast in the blank.

After the assembly I got a nice light bloom under the finish on the upper barrel...chuckle.

Now to take it apart and refinish the pen. Live and learn. A bit of moisture under the finish no doubt.
