Ooops and Uh-oh Box Pens...

Opened up that box of memories of oops and uh-oh's, you know the one, the one most people have of the almost got it right or oh @#$&%, that didn't work, that you hate to throw directly in the trash can or fire. Well I opened that little box up and made a few pens out of what I could revive. I kind of like them and though I am new to all of this, I hope that this results in some helpful input to assist me in becoming a better penturner. Thanks. ~Old Bessie

When you have lemons, make lemonade! I've got an offcut box that could probably produce a few pens.

So, were these pens ones that started off going fine, but then a "design opportunity" happened and this is the result?

Old Bessie, YEA - you have learned how to be a resourceful pen maker. Man you hit it right on the button with these re-works. Great job - I only toss what I cannot store or ship to someone else, just don't look behind that wood pile - it might be a work of art.
