Old Handle and a new slimline

I was cleaning out our shed and came across a old weedier that was broken along time ago. I was about to throw it out, then took a closer look at the handle. It looked like ash and I thought I should use a piece of it for a pen. I think it came out nice. I use some more of it on a few cigar pen's I'll be making once I get the proper size mill. Any and all comments are welcome.

Yep, if it's wood, new or old, you can probably make a pen out of it.

Thank you turncrazy43, Brian G and Brian for your nice comments. Before I starting turning pen I would have trashed the handle, it's a good feeling to put if to a good use.
