Just wondering if anyone has ever turned a pen from a NylaBone?
I'm not sure what it's made of but it's basically a large, flavored, plastic looking bone shaped chew thingy for dogs.
Most of the time, only the ends are chewed and the middle remains in tact.
Looks like something that might be turnable but I thought I'd throw this out to the masses.

I would listen to Penguin then Rick in that order. If your luck is anything close to mine you will make a pen that is fantastic, then the dog will chew it up. After all it is his "blank".

Thanks guys. I'll have to keep an eye on him after I make the pen.
Might be on to something here with the Chew Bone industry ???

I haven't made a pen, but took a piece of it and turned it round. It's nylon. Made a mess, it doesn't chip, the cuttings just wraps around the piece. I just use it when I run out of Delrin or don't have any HDPE when I need a spacer or throwaway bushing.
