I would not want to buy a lathe from someone who obviously does not know how to use it because you never know what they messed up on it.

I was thinking the same thing. We have a lathe at work like this one. Of course it doesn't have the bungee upgrade.....

Sorry my pig Latin needs work, but so does the guy,s Lathe skills those old Cincinnati's
are pretty decent lathes or were before that guy got hold of it

Title on the clip was wrong...should have been: When all else fails, RTFM, or Power tools are not for everyone.
We had an old W&S turret lathe we tried out the new guys on. It would grind and moan, but it took all the abuse the aspiring apprentices could dish out.I cut my teeth on that beast.
