Welcome Lee, from Sydney Australia.
Congratulations on the Excellent Blanks.
Nicely Finished Pens, though I notice that the Transition to the Hardware on some of the Pens, has created a significant ridge.
That ridge will distract from craftsmanship of the Pen as displayed, and will very noticeable to the users fingers.
This is quite a common occurrence with new turners, and requires Confidence and Experience to Turn and Finish the Blank to the diameter of the Bushes, or the dimension of the fitting hardware.
I recommend that you practice on some "firewood", turning it down to the required diameter so that you will be confident when turning a Special Blank.
You might like to retain some of your early pens, and refer to them for comparison and to Gauge your Progress.
Brian.
