I am looking to buy some round carbide cutters to replace the one on the Easy Wood Tool cutter #CiO, but I would like to get about 5 to 10 of them and I do not want to pay 18.00 each. Anyone know of a place to get them cheaper.
Thanks

There is a lot of diffence between grades and grain in carbides. There are those that are better suited for hand held wood cutting and those which are less applicable.

Ken Ferrell sells a round cutter --

These folks sell K-30 carbide -- perhaps not as fine a grain as some, but the price is good

Carbides are brittle and need to be supported well -- get new screws with which ever insert you purchase to assure the tapered shank fits well and you do not get breaking/shattering of the insert. (threads and sizes may vary between suppliers also).
