Need some help modifying PHP web file

I am working on a new version of my website and need to make some changes to the way a portion of the page displays. I can do VERY basic changes to PHP files but really do not know PHP. I have a file that controls part of the checkout page and I need the displayed items rearranged some. Should not be any actual coding, just moving things around I am guessing. If you know PHP and would be willing to help me with this, please let me know. I am prepared to pay or barter!

Usually more of a ruby and JavaScript guy but I can handle php in a pinch. And I'm a software dev by profession.
