My SECOND Pen!!!

Man, I could not wait to get this one finished. Three layers of Deft poly spray. Not quite as thick as I would have liked, but it is a satin finish, not glossy. I've learned quite a bit, still a way to go... the wood is Bacote.

The wood is Bacote. It's my first 'batch', purchased at Wood craft. Funny thing is, I took the two blanks (out of 10) that I thought would be the least interesting, just in case I blew them up. I can't wait to get the others turned. I have two more kits, so I'll be working up two new blanks tonight, get started turning on Sunday!
