My first Cholla Cast

This was my first attempt at casting Cholla. I stabilized the cholla in CJ first, then vertical cast in tube. Two color mix of Silmar 41, no pressure(and no bubbles).... Drilled, tubed, and turned. Finish is CA. Topped off with a custom finial.

Tubes and inside of the blank are painted blue.....you are seeing the gray from the multi color pour. It tended to remain in the center of the blank in places, looking like the tube.
