Apologies if this is the wrong forum. Just brought this in from the shop. I picked up the kit a few months ago for less than $6. Yesterday someone was posting cellulose acetate for sale, and I got to thinking. I have an quite a nice stash of it. And a few years ago, I bought some that was just too big for most of the kits I make. I rummaged through, and found this piece had the perfect inner diameter so I glued a tube in last night. I only had to tun off about 2mm. No drilling, no reaming, no finishing except for micro-mesh. Wanted to share.

Cellulose acetate is pen makers crack.

If you do make this kit, and believe in using a pen mill, I found I can use the 27/64 mill, and insert a 27/64 brass tube to make up the difference.
