In order that the general membership not be privy to the planning team discussions, I am soft deleting all of your comments.
Once the public comment period ends, I will be moving the threads back to the planning forum and I will undelete all of the planning team comments.
That will provide a full thread of the rules discussion; all of the planning team comments, followed by the public comments.
