First off this is only the 2nd PR cast I have ever done......so be nice. I decided to try it again with a stash of shredded cash I have. I painted the inside of the blank the night before. Now, I don't have the specialty molds and just cast it in a plastic dish and this blank was the outer edge. That's why, I think, it looks a little thin with money....but for the first one, not too bad. thanks for looking.

I think the pen turned out good. I had a few money blanks thin out on me too. It happens. Still a very nice pen.

Try covering the brass tube (after you paint it) in CA, then roll it around in the money. Stick silicone stoppers in the ends. Cast it, but make sure it doesn't float or sink to the bottom.

Got me beat, I've yet to cast any thing but rotini, I want to try casting bucks and snake skins, I think it looks great for your second cast.
