Local Chapter Leader
My name is Dave Drickhamer (ssajn). I'm part of the Local Chapter Steering team assigned by Jeff to gather information to attempt to create a formal structure to the Local Chapter program. I'm also the Chapter leader in Wisconsin.
I'm asking for assistance from the local leaders to accomplish this.
I'd like to ask a few questions about your chapter.
Where do you meet and how often?
How long has your Chapter been existence?
Are you charged for meeting space?
How many participate in your meetings? Do you keep a roster of members? What is the trend of your attendance, raising, falling, is it always the same people showing up?
Do you require everyone to belong to the IAP?
What do you do at your meetings? Demos, blank exchange, raffle etc.
Do you require a fee to attend meetings?
Do you have an assistant of other officers in your chapter?
What concerns if any do you have regarding anything to do with your meetings?
What can the IAP do to make your life easier?
