I normally do not do cheers or jeers however, this is different in that I delayed answering Mike for months. I wrote Mike about a problem I was having and he responded within hours - several times over a two/three day period. I didn't respond back to him for months. When I did get back to him he was very nice and answered/fixed my problem without question or delay. THANKS Mike

I dealt with Mike last year and totally agree with everything you mentioned. He took it upon himself to help me fix a problem that I did not even notice without his keen eye.
He makes a great product and has even better customer service.
