I use the polish on acrylics and it works great, its quite a bit finer than some of the other plastic polishes on the market. So it depends on what you are going to use it for. I also have used the MM wet for wood, that works nice also, and on some of the resinous woods like thuya burl I use MM with BLO and that works just fine also. With a little imagination there are a lot of uses for it, I've been using it long before I ever started turning pens. It works very good on flat work too like jewelery boxs, anywhere that you want an ultra smooth finish.
