Santa Baby give me a bock nib section for christmas and all the toys to make a kit less pens!!

So the first thing a did was to measure the section.

There are several measurements on the section.
1st is the threads @ 5.80 mm length 2.82 mm
2nd the long body @ 6.65mm length 20.96 mm
3rd there is a lip at the end @ 7.04mm length 2.78 mm

Now my question: it looks like i'm will need three different drill bit so the nib section fits into the pen? Is this correct? Or will drill bit for the threads be enough?

Yes you will need multiple drill bits, Going kit-less I would recommend you get a 115 bit drill set. You can get a set pretty inexpensively at Harbor Freight. Some people will say to buy higher quality bits, but on a budget, the HF bits work. Some of them run a tad smaller than the size stated, so I use my calipers to verify sizes. when it really matters.

You will also see a small lip on the end of the feed holder. I recess that as well so it is flush to the end of the section, but that is a personal preference - it is just as valid to not recess it.

Bill, here are the bit sizes that Justin (Timebandit) uses for Bock feeds and housings.
For the Housings 5MM letter L, for 6MM letter P
For the threads 5MM #2 for the 6MM letter L

Hope this helps, thanks to Justin for suppling these...
