Hello I havn't posted for awhile but made these from some pen blanks I got from Mapleman on the Aussie forum. Hope you like. One is Mango and the other is Queensland maple.

Beautiful marking knives! Like the shape of the handles and the woods are attractive, have very nice grains and the finish made them pop. Great job!

Thanks for the coments, both timbers are a joy to work.
Tom I made the blades from some used Rescipro saw blades they are HSS. Then I shaped them and then re-tempered them, following a thread on You tube. There are a lot of good examples of how to heat treat blades.
