This was cut 3-4 months ago and laid in front of my shop since then. I really was not expecting this much spalting yet but it's great. I hope to process some nice blanks this weekend. Its very solid and I am happy with it. I have alot more to check this weekend.

Did you happen to seal that end-grain now that you cut into it....or did you process it down?


Spalted 'cookies' check pretty quickly(at least mine do).
