I'm not sure if anyone replied in pm's but I'll answer here.

Sure. I've done it many times. The results always depend on the picture obviously but I was able to use photoshop in able to make this client's children close enough to fit. Photos are used with permission.

How do you do it?

There's nothing to fancy about it really. I used the same self adhesive labels I use to print my shipping labels at home. I played around until I got the size exactly right and slapped them on the tube. I coated them in CA before adding them to the mold and resin.
